What sets Mr. Foster apart from others who may have similar qualifications is his knowledge and record of thriving in extremely diverse and challenging work environments, quickly learning new skills, and demonstrating a passion for excellence.  

Mr. Foster earned his Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology, graduating Magna Cum Laude ("with great distinction") from USF.  By way of discipline and sticktoitiveness, he graduated with a perfect 4.0 GPA in the highly competitive Criminology major, never earning less than an A grade in pursuit of his chosen major.

After earning his undergraduate degree from USF, Mr. Foster joined the Florida Department of Corrections (DOC) as a State Probation Officer. He graduated Valedictorian of his DOC academy class and earned the award of Outstanding Male in Defensive Tactics. He served DOC in his capacity as a sworn and certified law enforcement officer until he enrolled in law school.

Mr. Foster studied law at the University of Florida in Gainesville, Florida and he was awarded the specialized degree of Juris Doctor in 2003.  During his law school career he gained substantial, valuable and practical legal experience in actual professional settings.

While attending law school he earned distinction by obtaining Supreme Court Certification to practice law as a student; Thereafter, he became one of the select students chosen by the Virgil Hawkins Civil Clinic to fully represent civil litigants as an attorney, even before graduating from law school.  Mr. Foster also completed the Family Law Externship Program of the Eighth Judicial Circuit of Florida during this period.  He was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2004.

In his professional capacity, he has been employed as Program Attorney for the Florida Department of Revenue and also served as attorney for private firms. He has advanced goals for countless clients, employers, and professionals.  He has been consultant to companies, manager of people and sensitive projects, and astute counsel to clients.

Concretely, he has proven expertise in litigation, drafting voluminous documents such as contracts, proposals, legal pleadings, court papers, research memoranda, and investigative reports.  He has directed financial management functions including development of monthly/quarterly financial statements, financial forecasts, and budgets. These tasks were completed while ensuring strict compliance with corporate policy, law, procedure, and form.
